Shipping Policy – Naturoam

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We ship all orders from China via reliable international carriers such as YunExpress, Yanwen, or equivalent logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North America: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–15 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Costs – Simple & Transparent
- Standard shipping: $6.99 for orders under $50.00 USD
- FREE shipping for orders of $50.00 USD or more (automatically applied at checkout)
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options, but may add them in the future as we grow.
4. Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking information does not update for more than 5 business days, please contact us at naturoam@outlook.com.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Naturoam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after 20 business days), please reach out to us and we will either reship the item or issue a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Naturoam has no control over these fees and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at naturoam@outlook.com. If the order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to correct it. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and Naturoam is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
